THE MODEL 1977; ALL THE BEST FEATURES AT THE BEST PRICE Our original product was the model 1950 which had a great many different options. The most commonly ordered configuration became the 1950 with the leg kit and hydraulic pinch wheel tensioner. We sold machines with these add-ons all over the world. Our goal is to prosper by giving our customers the best value so we constantly reevaluate our product offerings. We entered a development program to incorporate patented Easy Riser technology, the leg kit and the hydraulic pinch wheel tensioner into a single unit. The result is the model 1977; all the best features of the 1950 with its most popular accessories in a single unit, and since the model 1977 is more efficient to manufacture, we can offer it for far less than the price of competing machines.
The model 1977 never needs to be lifted. In wheelbarrow mode it can be rolled in or out of your service vehicle to the well. Set the leg height with the leg clutches (no pins to pull, align, replace and drop) and slide the unit into place. Drop in the pinch wheel and add the power drive. That's all there is to it; up comes the pump. For well seals, Snappy or oversize pitless adaptors, hang a come-along or boat winch on the overhead (shown above) and lift the well seal or pitless above the wheels. Two piece pitless adaptors and chafing guards come right through the wheels. After repair of the pump, reverse the drive and replace the pump and drop pipe. Remove the pinch wheel and use the boat winch or come-along on the overhead to support the tee handle when re-engaging the pitless. THE WEIGHT IS ON THE MACHINE, NOT ON THE OPERATOR. The model 1977 will pull pumps to 600 feet. It is powered by any portable power drive on the market (the Rigid 700 is shown above). Like all our products, the forces are on the machine, not on the user. Click on where you want to go next. RETURN TO THE HOME PAGE SEE HOW TO USE THE MODEL 1977
